Payment and Cancellation Policies
Thanks for taking the time to get oriented to our policies. They're important for us to support sustainable business practices and integrity with all of our clients. We appreciate your trust and collaboration.

We carefully plan our programs in advance, investing in program development, staff training, insurance, permits, and equipment. These costs are not recoverable in the event of cancellations. Your registration represents a commitment to the program, reflected in the cancellation and payment policies detailed below. Upon registering you are agreeing to these policies, so please insure you understand them, and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. Cancellations within 24 hours of registration incur no penalty.

Participant Expectations

Our programs are designed for individuals who are keen to connect with nature, develop new skills, and engage respectfully with mentors and peers. Admission may be denied if we believe a participant cannot meet the required safety and accountability standards.

We are committed to working with families to navigate challenges and resolve conflicts. However, if a participant exhibits persistent unsafe or disruptive behaviour, we reserve the right to dismiss them from the program. If dismissal occurs, refunds will be issued following the policies outlined below.

If a program is cancelled due to low enrollment, a full refund (minus transaction fees) will be provided.
